Here are some updates and pictures with Flat Anna.
My name is Nancy Selm. I am Miss Anna Selm’s grandmother, and I received Flat Anna on October 20th. We live on Mason, Ohio and are having fun showing Flat Anna around our hometown. Flat Anna was missing our granddaughter, Anna, so we took her to Milford, Ohio to watch Anna play soccer. It was a beautiful day, and the two Anna’s were so happy to see each other. The attached picture shows the joyful reunion.
Also, on October 26th, Flat Anna went to King’s Island Amusement Park in Kings Mills, Ohio. Flat Anna was amazed at the roller coasters and the Eiffel Tower. Then she went to one of the many Kings Island restaurants for lunch.
Yummy!
On December 7th, Flat Anna arrived back in Milford, Ohio. She wanted to see a SAEAS Titans basketball game. Her favorite player was number 14!
On December 16th, Flat Anna was back in Mason, Ohio to visit the Frisch’s Big Boy statue just before it was removed from the iconic restaurant. This is a picture Flat Anna can tell her grandchildren about!
On November 9th, we took Flat Anna to Montgomery, Ohio for Anna Selm’s daddy’s 40th birthday party. Flat Anna was the center of attention when she appeared for a picture at the party. The attached picture shows the smiling faces and balloons. Flat Anna had never been to a birthday party like that before.
On October 23rd, Flat Anna traveled to Crestview Hills, Kentucky for a 5K race to benefit the Saint Vincent DePaul Society. Flat Anna was in the race in one of the contestant’s pockets. What a trip that was for Flat Anna!
On October 28th, for Thanksgiving Day, Flat Anna traveled to Edgewood, Kentucky for a Selm family Thanksgiving celebration that included three generations of Selm’s, a family football game, four turkeys and all the fixings. Oh, what fun we had!
